Zionsville Paint Out 2020

WHAT: 18th Annual Zionsville Paint Out
WHEN: Saturday, August 8, 2020.
WHERE: Artists must register and/or check-in between 7 am and 10 am at the SullivanMunce Cultural Center the day of the event. Adult and teens will have canvasses or multi-media supplies stamped/tagged before beginning their work. Youth (ages 7-11) will be provided a canvas and paint to paint on the SullivanMunce grounds. Teens (ages 12-17) may use the canvas provided or bring their own supplies. If using their own supplies, they must be stamped before painting. The Zionsville Paint Out will be held rain or shine. No advance registration required.
REGISTRATION FEE: Free for members and children 17 years of age and under/$25 non-members.
HOW: Artists will gather in the Village of Zionsville for a Plein Air Paint Out (Painting Outside) on Saturday, August 8, 2020. The event is open to artists of all ages and skill levels. Using their own supplies, participants are to create original artwork in any medium in Zionsville. All stamped/tagged works completed that day by 2 pm will be eligible for judging and will be available for sale at the SullivanMunce Cultural Center immediately after the Paint Out awards ceremony. Paintings from the day will be on view in our on-line gallery August 11-31, 2020.
Monetary awards will be given to 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place professional artists. The winner of the first place award will have their name added to the Cynthia Van Tassel Yeo Plein Air Award plaque which is on display at the SullivanMunce Cultural Center. Adult amateur awards will be given to 1st, 2nd and 3rd place winners and awards for Youth (ages 7-11) and Teen (ages 12-17) participants will also be given.

Zionsville Paint Out 2019 Results
We had 65 artists participate! This surpassed our 2017 record of 59 artists.
