This camp goes in-depth into the intricacies of throwing. Campers will also get the chance to express their creativity in the selection and application of glazes. This camp is great for the beginning or experienced camper. Just bring your sense of adventure and plan to get dirty! All supplies included.

TEEN SMARTPHONE PHOTOGRAPHY CAMP
June 2-6
Ages 12-17
Thanks to the modern era of cell phones with amazing cameras built-in, there have never been more possibilities for capturing and creating breathtaking photos (and videos)! In this teen photography class students will learn the fundamentals of digital photography and how to apply those concepts creatively and real-world applications. Lesson plans include focusing each day on concepts such as black & white photography before moving onto color, framing and composition, lighting and proximity, macro and landscape, and more. PLEASE NOTE: Student will need to bring their own Smartphone to camp.

TEEN DIGITAL ILLUSTRATION WITH PROCREATE
July 21-25

Do you love to draw? Would you like to nurture that talent? You’re in luck! In this class students will focus on learning the basics of the drawing app Procreate, a gold-standard in the world of digital illustration. The great thing about Procreate is how accessible it is for all ages, and how customizable it is for amateurs to professionals. In this class we will focus on the basics such as drawing tools, different digital and physical brushes, how to set Procreate up to be most successful within its settings, and more. The concepts focused on will include form, shading, characters, still life, animals, abstractions, and more!
PLEASE NOTE: Student will need to bring an iPad (no older than 3 years, preferable) with a stylus (Apple Pencil or any stylus really will do, but Apple Pencil preferred).
